User rights manager

Menu: Tools > Interface configuration > Rights management tab > Manage user rights

 

This feature is only available if you have activated the User rights management. Click the Manage user rights button to access the user rights management interface.

 

New group: Select a profile (Administrator, Library manager, Project manager, Project editor or Project contributor) and click this icon to create a new group. The name must be unique.

New user: Select the group to create the user in. The User properties dialog box opens, letting you create the user. User names must be unique.

Delete: Select the element (group or user) you want to delete and click the icon.

If you delete the last administrator, you will deactivate the User rights management feature.

Properties: If you select a group and click this icon, you can change its name. If you select a user,the User properties dialog box opens.

Feature grid: Displays the list of features associated with the group. These associations cannot be changed.
