The manager can also be opened, when inserting a cable in a line diagram drawing, from the dockable panel by clicking the [...] button and selecting the Manager button.
This will open the Cable style manager dialog, where you can create/modify cable types.

Add: Allows you to create a new cable type. |

Delete: Deletes the cable type selected. |
To edit a cable type, click the cable column you want to modify, (description, color, line type).
